I’m happy to say that I’ve found a dentist, but I’m proud to say that this is my dentist. I felt openly welcome, and I feel completely comfortable in their care. From the moment I walked in here, from the receptionists greeting me to my conversation with Sheri (the nurse), I felt like I had known everyone for years and it was my first time here. They literally sat me down and walked me through each item piece by piece, making sure I was okay with the treatment, prices, and answering any questions I had. But they went above and beyond with this too, literally took the time to explain everything to me in detail making sure that the bill was clear as a California day. I don’t have insurance so you know, price matters. These are really great people.With regard to billing. So well, in fact, that even though I’m scared to death of needles they made me feel safe and got me through the procedure. Denton and the staff here have that last three feet covered. For me, it really comes down to that last three feet between the doctor and the patient, and I’m telling you, Dr. Yeah, I’m talking about the dentist’s office. Denton and everyone else at The Smile Doctor! You guys are great!
My insurance didnt help with the cost but I only ended up paying $390 which was much less than I expected. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good dental office. It was not the most comfortable thing in the world but he got it done fast and efficiently and saved me a trip to the specialist. He wrenched on my tooth for what seemed like less than 10 minutes and pulled it right out. They let me decide whether or not I wanted him to just go for it or to head out to a specialist, and I decided to just have him go for it and see how it went. I needed to have a tooth extracted, and he was 50/50 about whether or not he was going to be able to do it or if he would have to refer me to a specialist. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful, the hygienist was very sweet and friendly, and Dr Denton was very polite, straightforward, and took the time to explain everything that he had to do.
I was having severe tooth pain and they took me in just 2 hours after I called.
